Ekocentric provides LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and Florida Green Building Certification and Green Rater services to builders and developers. As a consulting service, we help builders, architects and developers plan for and create a sustainable energy efficient home, multi-family residential or commercial property. Many clients utilize these certifications to qualify for specialty financing and government grants. This is required extensively in Affordable Housing projects.
Steve Armstrong is the founder of Ekocentric and has been actively involved in real estate and construction for over 17 years. With an amazing passion for Sustainability and Green Building, I wanted to be part of the solution.
